Returns & Exchanges
Online orders, United States
We gladly accept returns on full-priced, unworn, unwashed and undamaged merchandise.
- Refunds — within 7 calendar days of receipt.
- Exchanges — up to 30 days from delivery.
- Store credit — up to 30 days from delivery, issued as a Nikki Chasin gift card.
Return shipping is the customer's responsibility. We'll provide the label through our return portal and deduct its cost from your refund or credit.
We must receive your return within 10 days of starting it; anything arriving after that window is eligible for store credit only.
In-store purchases
Eligible for store credit or exchange within 7 calendar days of purchase.
International orders
Returns and exchanges are accepted at the customer's expense within 7 days of receiving your order.
What is final sale
These cannot be returned, exchanged or credited:
- Hair accessories, headwear and all other accessories
- Jewelry
- Vintage pieces
- Sample Sale purchases
Items bought on sale or with a promotion (including Buy More Save More) are also final sale, but they can be exchanged for another item or for store credit if you start within 7 days of receipt. Anything bought on promotion counts as on sale.
Price adjustments
If you bought something at full price and it goes on sale (hard-marked) within the next 7 days, we'll honour a price adjustment as an exchange or store credit.
Price adjustments are not available on promotional sales, and items already bought on sale or with a promotion are not eligible for a further adjustment.
Shipping
Domestic
$6.95 flat rate ground shipping anywhere in the US, via USPS or UPS.
Orders ship within 2–3 days of purchase unless the product page says otherwise. USPS Priority is also available and is calculated at checkout — often faster if your order is heading to the West Coast.
International
We ship to Europe via DHL Worldwide. Shipping is calculated at checkout.
Belgium, Czechia, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Iceland, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Liechtenstein, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Monaco, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland and the United Kingdom.
DHL charges brokerage and local duties on international orders. Those fees are the customer's responsibility and are not collected by Nikki Chasin.
Gift cards
Gift cards are available from $50 to $500 and are delivered by email.
