Wholesale Terms Minimum Orders/Reorders: For Immediate orders: $1500 Minimum Order For Pre-Order: $4000 Minimum Order per season, 30% non-refundable deposit prior to production and balance at time of shipping (please see ordering options below for pre-orders) Ordering Options Immediate Orders: The wholesale portal exclusively sells inventory that we have available in stock and ready to ship. We encourage buyers to use the portal if they need goods immediately as it reduces ordering and processing time. Payment options: We offer Credit Card payment via Visa, MasterCard, and Amex as well as Afterpay, Paypal and Apple Pay on our wholesale portal for immediate orders. Prices: Subject to change without notice. Prices listed are wholesale, FOB Hudson, NY and do not include insurance, applicable surcharges, taxes or duties, all of which are buyers' responsibility. Shipping: Orders are shipped UPS Ground unless otherwise specified. Orders are shipped FOB Hudson, NY. Pricing is based on weight, volume and distance. Please call or email sales@nikkichasin.com for any special shipping requests. We do not ship to P.O. Boxes. All orders should be checked for discrepancies upon arrival. International Shipping: We only ship internationally via Fedex or UPS. Please contact sales@nikkichasin.com if you are international customer and would like to know more. Out-of-stock items: Occasionally we are out of stock on certain items. Unless otherwise requested we will ship orders as ready and backorder any items not in stock. Back orders under $100 will be canceled. We will automatically ship back-ordered items when available. Returns and Exchanges: All returns, exchanges or damages must be reported within 5 days after receipt. Please contact us for a return authorization. Returns without authorization will not be accepted. Please email sales@nikkichasin for return information. All returns must be received within 2 weeks of authorization. Merchandise Credit will be issued upon approval, for the purchase price only, less any discounts that were applied, shipping costs are non-refundable. Merchandise must be returned in original packaging and must be in unused original condition. All returns, refused shipments and exchanges are subject to a $25 restocking fee. Product Variations: Nikki Chasin products are made with handcrafted materials and custom prints. Dye lots & prints may vary and are not considered flaws. Internet and Co-op sales: Buyer shall not, without prior written authorization, sell seller’s merchandise on the Internet, through eBay or any other Internet auction site, or through a co-op or group sale. Seller shall have the right to suspend deliveries and may terminate this and all other contracts with buyer in the event of any unauthorized sales by buyer. Seller is under no obligation to permit buyer to sell via the Internet. However, if seller authorizes such sales, buyer may not use seller’s trademarks or images of seller’s merchandise without seller’s prior written approval. Buyer’s authorized use of seller’s trademarks or images of seller’s merchandise must be tasteful and appropriate as determined solely by seller.
