How to pick your size

Wrap a tape around yourself where you'd want the waistband to land — roughly three inches below your natural waist, at the top of your hip bones. Add an inch for comfort. Take the size whose waistband matches or clears that number.

If you're between sizes, take the larger one. And if you're between M and L, take the L — there's a full three inches between them, more than anywhere else in the run.

Good to know

Where it sitsAt the top of the hip, not the natural waist. Sizing to your natural waist will give you the wrong number.
No give at allHeat-pleated polyester crepe with a hidden zip. No stretch, no elastic — the waistband measurement is the whole story.
